Welcome to AI MasterCamp. By accessing, browsing, or using this website or any of our services—including enrolling in our courses—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with AI MasterCamp, a digital education provider offering online AI courses for students beginning at age 7.

Eligibility and Parental Consent: 

All course registrations for students under the age of 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a child, the parent or guardian affirms that they have the authority to act on behalf of the minor and agree to all terms outlined herein.

Course Access and Participation:

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the selected course(s) for the specified duration. Courses may include live sessions, recorded content, downloadable materials, and access to select tools or software. Access is granted only to the enrolled child and their parent/guardian for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce course content without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to remove access or suspend participation for any user who engages in disruptive behaviour, violates these Terms, or misuses the platform.

Payments and Rescheduling Policy:

All course fees are payable in full at the time of registration. Please note that AI MasterCamp does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if a student is unable to attend their scheduled session, rescheduling may be permitted, subject to availability and provided the request is made in writing within the current course cycle.

We reserve the right to modify course fees at any time. Price changes will not affect users who have already enrolled and paid.

Intellectual Property:

All content provided through the AI MasterCamp website, including videos, graphics, written materials, branding, logos, and course content, is the sole property of AI MasterCamp and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, share, modify, publish, sell, or reproduce any part of our content without prior written consent.

Participants may create original content during the course (such as AI-generated images, stories, or presentations). While this content remains the property of the student, AI MasterCamp reserves the right to use such creations for educational or promotional purposes, with appropriate consent.

Code of Conduct:

By participating in our courses, users (and their parents or guardians) agree to:

• Behave respectfully and responsibly during all interactions

• Use the platform in a safe and age-appropriate manner

• Refrain from any form of harassment, disruptive behaviour, or misuse of tools

• Follow instructor guidance and classroom norms
   

Violations of this code may lead to immediate suspension or removal from the course without refund.
